　　Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

　　Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

　　Handle incoming telephone calls Requirements - Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

　　Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyCustomer service and office administrative skills

　　Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

　　Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

　　2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

　　iPad experience

　　Foundational knowledge in Check-In

　　Knowledge of Direct Guests

　　Assist Guests experience desired

　　Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

　　Excellent computer skills
