This Customer Service Representative job is long-term contract / temporary to hire, and located in Orange, California.

　　Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies.

　　Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

　　Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

　　Monitor order status and proactively address any delays or issues.

　　Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.

　　Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.

　　Handle returns and exchanges, following established procedures.

　　Continuously strive to improve processes and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

　　Requirements

　　Previous experience in customer service or order processing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

　　Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

　　Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

　　Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

　　Proficient in using order processing software and CRM systems.

　　Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

　　Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
