　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform general office tasks such as filing, faxing, copying, scanning, and data entry.

　　Assist with clerical duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.

　　Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for easy retrieval of information.

　　Handle incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism and courtesy.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 1 year of related office experience.

　　Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

　　Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

　　Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

　　Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
