We are seeking a Customer ServiceRepresentative for our Madison, Wisconsin location. The Customer ServiceRepresentative is responsible for providing administrative and generaloffice support the specified department. Essential Functions: Answer,respond to and direct all telephone calls. Welcome and greet allvisitors; determine their needs and direct them to the appropriateperson. Maintain the appearance of common areas. Ensure accurate andtimely processing of payroll for assigned branches. Accurately keys allpayroll related data into the payroll system to process and meet payrolldeadlines, as requested. Sort and distribute mail daily. Arrange forcouriers as requested by staff. Assist staff with bulk mailing asrequested. Draft and prepare memos and/or letters as requested byexecutive team. Maintain office supply inventory, forms and coordinatespecial orders as needed. Order Insurance Certificates as requested.Obtain customer invoice approvals as required. Process deposits andcredit card payments. Maintain electronic filing system. Coordinatespecial events as the need arises. Perform other duties as assigned ordelegated. Job Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent Minimumone (1) year previous receptionist/administrative experienceProfessional appearance and courteous demeanor; upbeat, outgoingattitude Excellent interpersonal communication skills; service orientedStrong written and oral communication skills Proficient knowledge ofMicrosoft Word and Excel Knowledge of PowerPoint Typing/keyboard skillsof 45 wpm, minimum Proven organizational skills Ability to prioritizemultiple tasks,...
