　　Robert Half is trying to fill a position for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative in the growing Non-Profit industry. Do you love building solid customer relationships? 　　Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

　　Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

　　Manage incoming telephone calls

　　Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

　　Requirements - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

　　Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

　　2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

　　Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyExcellent computer skills

　　Command of data entry

　　Customer service experience desired

　　Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

　　A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

　　Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
