Our client works to assist disabled individuals with their employment needs. Hours and Benefits for the Customer Service Representative :
Monday – Friday, 35 hour work week!
$19-$20 per hour
Medical, dental, and vision insurance. (80% of premium paid)
PTO, 401k plan with employer match, life insurance
11 holidays observed, tuition-reimbursement
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
Engage and communicate with potential and existing customers
Work with clients to identify their needs and requirements
Occasionally assist in setup and materials preparation for trade shows
Provide resolution for any customer problems or complaints
Perform data entry to maintain accurate records of sales and transactions
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative :
High School Diploma or higher
1-2 years of customer service experience
