Adecco is currently hiring 1st shift Customer Service Representatives for a client in Beloit, WI. Hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm with pay being from $18-22/hr based on experience.

　　Qualifications Include:

　　Ability to type a minimum of 55-60 wpm

　　Proficient working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

　　Have good phone skills and enjoy talking with customers

　　Cold calling experience

　　Problem Solving Skills

　　Ability to multi-task (using multiple computer screens and programs at once)

　　Sufficient with online/website usage

　　Experienced with office equipment: fax, copier, filing

　　Job Duties Include:

　　Taking customer orders over the phone

　　Able to make cold calls

　　Researching customer complaints and resolving issues

　　Entering orders into our accounting system

　　Customer Warranty/Complaint Calls
