Hiring Customer Service Represenatives

Description:
This Customer Service Representative role is responsible for performing all duties associated with customer service and sales over the phone. This role consists of incoming and outbound calls to customers regarding products, questions, and overall questions regarding the company's products. Other responsibilities include:
-Providing customers with pricing, delivery, and product information
-Answering customer questions, resolving problems, promoting/selling products, and entering or confirming sales
-Act as a liaison between the customer and various departments within the company
-Maintain records and assist in the preparation of required reports
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience with taking inbound + outbound calls
-Proficient customer problem solving over the phone regarding products or inquiries
