Overview and Essential Functions

　　CableCom is seeking a Project Analyst to support multiple markets. This is a remote position available to candidates residing in the following states within the United States: California, Colorado, Oregon, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Washington. This person will be responsible for assisting in project reporting and analysis, including pulling required reports from multiple database systems, updating, maintaining, and distributing various report workbooks, and sending correspondence to CableCom field offices and customer representatives for the purpose of project tracking or milestone management.

　　Salary Pay Range: $62,400 - $68,640 per year

　　Responsibilities:

　　Makes recommendations to Sr Management about project scheduling, billing, and process improvement.

　　Analyzes profitability, scheduling efficiency, and ensures the project is meeting the customer’s goals and metrics.

　　Lead calls with field teams across designated markets to gather updates on construction progress.

　　Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets (Smartsheet, Excel, Google sheet) with data collected from calls or from pre-existing external/internal reports.

　　Participate in calls with Business Partners to provide updates on construction progress.

　　Run pre-written scripts to automatically update Spreadsheets.

　　Run reports from various proprietary reporting tools.

　　Provide upper management with progress updates from the designated markets.

　　Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Four year Bachelor’s Degree. Commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

　　Must have knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation.

　　Must demonstrate strong analytical skills; ability to manage, manipulate and analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations

　　Experience in data management or data analytics preferred.

　　Data analysis in a telecom or construction environment is highly desirable.

　　Experience working with Tableau (or similar BI tools), Alteryx, SQL, PowerBI and advanced Excel skills including practical knowledge of Power Query.

　　Experience working with Integrated Development Environments such as Ms Visual Studio and programing languages such C++, C#, Java, Javascript, PHP and Python.

　　Must be able to successfully deliver on time-sensitive tasks while working independently and under minimal supervision.
