Responsible forresponding to calls and emails from Miller distributors and retail customers about parts information, repairs and technical support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recommend products or services to fulfill customer needs.Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.Troubleshoot and recommend solutions for field issues.Work with engineering to resolve quality issues.Exceptional communication skills aimed at resolution and handing problems proactively.Other duties may be assigned.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 4+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be familiar with Miller manufacturing processes.Must be familiar with major components and operating systems used on Miller products such as hydraulics, electrical/control systems.Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the towing and recovery industry (Miller Product Knowledge).Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite such as word, excel, and outlook.Must be familiar with the Windchill and LN system.Benefits: (Beginning on 91^st^day of employment unless stated otherwise)
