We are seeking an entry level candidate with the capabilities of providing great customer service by consistently exceeding customer expectations and building lasting relationships with your customers. 　　Responsibilities

　　The Customer Service Representative will provide professional customer service to insureds, agents and CSRs across the state of Tennessee. A CSR will process billing transactions, assist with questions and concerns regarding insurance policies, and fulfill change request.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Analyze billing, collect payments, and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.

　　Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern

　　Answer general underwriting questions

　　Efficiently direct calls and/or locate answers to procedures

　　Keep records of customers interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

　　Hours: Training will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Once training is complete, hours may be adjusted to 9:30a-6:00p
