About Customer Service Associate

  * Ability to effectively work individually or a team environment.

  * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  verbally and written with customers and company personnel

  * Strong organizational and administrative skills

  * Ability to meet employer's attendance policy

  * Work experience in email and Microsoft Windows environments is required

  * May be required to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds maximum allowed by current State Law with or without accommodations

  * Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodations

  * High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required

  * Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test, employment history check and criminal background check

  Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  Performs verification duties as required

  Keys correcting entries as indicated by verification or other warningMay trouble shoot data problemsMay operate peripheral equipmentMay assist in development of production formats and keying proceduresDemonstrates high levels of safety awareness and notifies supervisor of potential hazards Follows the security and privacy policies, standards and guidelines in order to protect the informational assets of both the company and their customersPerforms other duties as requiredRepetitive motion is required: may require twisting/bending/climbingRequired to work at computer for long periodsRequired to stand, walk, simple grasp, reach with hands and armsRequired to regularly sit, talk or hearRequired to possess close vision and ability to focusConditions may include office environment, computer room, production floor, warehouse and shipping/receiving. Occasional exposure to dust, dirt, toner, ink and other environmental factors is possible.

  Qualifications

  Required:
