　　The Enterprise Truck Rental Division has an opening for a Truck Rental Account Specialist Internship. Our Truck Rental Division provides transportation solutions within the truck rental industry. The Account Specialist Intern is responsible for influencing the buying decision, while exceeding the customer's expectations for service, knowledge and professionalism. The Account Specialist Intern will be knowledgeable of our complete menu of services including vehicle acquisition, maintenance management, insurance management, licensing and cycling of our trucks.

　　From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

　　We have multiple locations in the Minnesota. This is a summer 2024 internship paying $18 / hour + the opportunity to earn performance bonuses.

　　Responsibilities

　　When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

　　During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

　　Qualifications

　　Must be 21 years old.

　　Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at a college/university.

　　Must be a current Junior standing or above with a targeted graduation date of December 2024 or Spring 2025.

　　Must have experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management.

　　Must have a valid driver's license.Given the nature of our job requirements, a drug or alcohol related conviction on your driving record (DUI/DWI) in the last 3 years will disqualify you from employment.

　　Given the nature of our job requirements, more than 3 moving violations (i.e. speeding ticket, failure to stop) on your driving record in the last 3 years will disqualify you from employment.

　　Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

　　DOT Requirements: We are subject to certain Department of Transportation Regulations

　　All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be qualified to drive under D.O.T. regulations. Applicants will be required to submit an appropriate medical examiner's certificate, or submit to and successfully complete a D.O.T. medical examination. No moonlighting is allowed (no other paid employment allowed).
