About the role

Our team, is integrated in the production department and focuses on chemistry products.

As a Customer Service, you will work on chemistry support .You will get the opportunity to contribute to Solvay and have a positive impact on chemistry.

You will be accountable for:

To develop and implement a customer service policy an entire organization.

To manage a team of customer service staff and find ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve service.

To seek outsource provider (Freght forwarder,Logistic Service Provider) to support team.

To support sale team and analyzing report .

To control the budge inorder to gain more benefit,freight negotiation,service provider.

To comunicate internally or externally such as customers,outsources

Taking care of the orders to meet the customers' request

To check correctness to import documents

To manage import customers clearance

About you

Bachelor degree or above

More than 4 years experience in customer service,chemical industry will be a plus

Adaptability, capability to address multitasks, ability to interact with the other departments of the company

Solid English communication skills

About the pay and benefits

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role.While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 51224THB to 76830THB per month, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
