　　Remote Customer Relations Rep Job Description:

　　Provides customer service by responding to a wide variety of customer and member hotel inquiries and requests.

　　Resolves guest and member issues to satisfaction.

　　Will handle some calls involving angry or upset customers

　　Requires knowledge of Customer Relations, Reservations, and Rewards processes, policies and procedures.

　　Assists in retaining customers for the brand in order to provide future revenue for the members.

　　Remote Customer Relations Rep Location:

　　FULLY REMOTE (must live in Phoenix area) Remote Customer Relations Rep Pay:

　　$20/hour

　　Bonus potential $200-$400 a month

　　$50 a month towards Wi-Fi Bill

　　All equipment provided

　　Remote Customer Relations Rep Hours:

　　Must have open Schedule availability

　　7am-8pm Monday-Friday

　　7am-5pm Saturday-Sunday

　　Remote Customer Relations Rep Experience:

　　Call Center

　　Customer service

　　Inbound calls

　　Data Entry

　　Dealing with upset customers

　　2 days off consecutive during the week (5 On 2 Off)
