About Customer Planner

  JOB PURPOSE

  This role supports Account Managers in delivering transactional activities with relation of Customer Development tasks like development and execution of Customer Business Plan, support customer agreement process, contract creation, performance tracking, non-promo planning and promo planning.

   MAIN MISSION Enforcement of guardrails on customer business planCompleteness and accuracy of promotion dataValidation of promotion plan in ACTPM platform (Accenture Cloud Trade Promotion Management) and customer portalReal Time Accuracy of pricing compliance WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE? Creation of promotion framework and completing promotion data in ACTPM platform, including volume validation (escalate when significant deviations)Price Control: Investigation price difference & correct price prior to invoicing to customersPrice Claims: Investigating and resolving Price Claims due to wrong price set, late pricing, incorrect price list or wrong gross sales valueOff-Invoice RA Creation: Set-up, Change & Close Agreement, Archive documentationOff - Invoice Settlement: Request Off Invoice SettlementMaintaining data, information needed by Customers:

  Uploading and maintaining Assortment in ACTPM (real-time) and customer specific Price ListsSupport Account Managers with preparations for meetings & negotiations: create customer scorecard; input to trade story decks preparation; analyse performance gaps, create trending reports and evaluate variance vs. plan; track progression to plan and counterpart compliance, maintain promo details and populate promo proposal forms to be shared with customersAdaptation to changing requirements and performing various tasks assigned by superiorsSKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE Data Driven Decision MakingScenario & Exception Based PlanningDemand PlanningCollaborationLean TechniquesEnd-to-End Supply Chain UnderstandingFinancial AcumenEscalation process and Guardrails EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE We are looking for Candidates with similar experience, preferably within supply chain, sales, pricing, master data managementTechnical skills: excel.
