　　ABOUT THE ROLE

　　Purpose of the role

　　To drive industry leading activation in-market, in line with Diageo brand strategies.

　　Role will drive activation by partnering with the Diageo EE commercial and brand teams as well as partners (distributors), acting as liaison between these (and more) partners and ensuring the markets under responsibility have the right tools to activate in the right customers to help achieve our Annual Operating Plan. The scope for this role is Czech Republic, Slovakia and Iceland.

　　Top Accountabilities:

　　A&P and Activity calendar planning at total country level, lead the development of Through The Line brand plans, collaborating with marketing and partner teams.Lead BTL Execution, deliver best in class activations.Activation critical metric reporting, support M&E and course correct as needed based on outcomesLead annual planning, coordinating commercial cluster, brand and partner teams.Report on monthly execution and monitor external environment incl. competitor activations
