All about the customer: focused on understanding what really creates value for the customer and aligning the business to deliverCollaborate with NAM consulting and customer success teams to develop targeted marketing programs, events and initiatives that drive customer upsell, expansion and retentionDevelop and execute C-level programs to build and nurture relationships with executive customersDevelop and scale masterclass event series, with a focus on product education to create monday champions and mastersSupport global customer marketing initiatives, providing additional marketing touchpoints as needed, and serving as the coordinator for in-region effortsCollaborate with the global marketing team to understand customer marketing segmentation strategies and gaps for the regionUtilize data-driven insights to identify and understand customer behavior, preferences and needsMonitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvementDrive innovative customer marketing efforts, always leveraging industry best practices
Your Experience & Skills
5+ years of B2B SaaS experience as a lifecycle or customer marketing managerStrong knowledge of customer marketing tactics and best practicesTrack record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomesPrior experience organizing customer events and campaignsPrior experience working with sales and customer success organizationsYou are passionate about creating delightful and impactful customer experiences. You believe in a customer-first approach to creating campaigns and your north star is helping customers succeed.Self-starter with the ability to use data and industry insights to make strategic decisionsOutstanding communicator and thinkerExperience with Salesforce.com, Hubspot and other marketing automation tools for reporting analytics and campaign executionStrong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executivesPositive attitude, empathy, and high energy
Please note this is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office and requires 3 days in office. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $145,000-$175,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
