　　We are seeking a professional like you to drive the North American regional digital strategy as a subset of the Global BASF Petrochemicals digital roadmap. You will be responsible for the execution of our regional digital target picture as well as a key contact for digital initiatives such as Salesforce, e-commerce platform, digital business rules management, digital marketing, digital technical service, data analytics as well as scout for new ways of working.

　　You will keep a pulse on the digital developments within the region (both internal to BASF and external), ensure the regions needs are heard, and drive digital solutions to execution. Additionally, you will serve as a key point of contact for the regional leaders to interact with to understand the full digital strategy and the ongoing developments globally.

　　As a Customer Experience/Digital Marketing Specialist, You Create Chemistry By...

　　Serving as a key contributor to the region’s success through the coordination of digital projects and the development and execution of region-specific digitalization roadmaps.

　　Being the regional business liaison for all digital initiatives and tools, interfacing with stakeholders to accomplish objectives and enhance the customer experience

　　Driving adoption and future functionality of digital tools and platforms, extracting value to meet business needs

　　Serving as an advocate for product applications, understanding end-to-end processes and maintaining a positive attitude

　　Creating visualizations and clear results to influence data-driven decision-making

　　Utilizing expertise in digital marketing technologies to develop personalized digital marketing campaigns

　　If you...

　　Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or Business

　　Experience working in an Agile environment and leading projects

　　Knowledge and experience with digital tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, Power Apps, SAP, Master Data, web analytics, and e-commerce platforms

　　Strong analytical skills and ability to create visualizations and clear results

　　Expertise in digital marketing technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, web analytics, and AI

　　Solid customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills

　　Ability to work as a team player and align with global and cross-functional teams

　　Drive for continuous learning and staying updated on digital trends.
