Job Summary: The Customer Experience TechnicalRepresentative is a key contributor in delivering Generac\'s \"CustomerFirst\" promise. Being a Customer Experience Technical Representativerequires understanding of technical product information to provideinformed decisions and recommendations. This role is responsible forproviding excellent customer care by using knowledge of company productsand resources to provide accurate information, answer questions andensure final resolution.
