This candidate will also be responsible to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained at all stages of the manufacturing/distribution network process (Receipt to Sale). Close Monitoring and follow up of daily KPI's, high attention to detail, and MRP system knowledge/experience is critical to providing accurate root cause analysis and continuous improvement solutions.Job Functions / Responsibilities* Incorporate Best Practice systems within KWC's material delivery network* Manage MSS sourcing projects and collaborate with materials and production teams for implementation timelines and strategies* Benchmark other PACCAR locations and non-PACCAR locations for best practices related to Material Flow & Inventory Control.* Develop Azure ID Boards and maintain processes, KPI's, and standard work for:o Inventory Accuracy & Control (within organization & MSS)o Supplier Performanceo Materials Department Plant Deliverableso Master Data Accuracy / Maintenance* Work closely with quality, purchasing, EDI team and management to drive resolutions of discrepancies to closure.* Conduct Inventory accuracy/shortage reduction workshops/training and adopt best practice solutions as a result.* Provide Plant management with timely information regarding inventory/sourcing metrics.* Drive Supplier corrective action plans that impact material flow & inventory accuracy* Perform other projects and assignments as may be required.Qualifications* Four-year degree in business, supply chain management, project management.* Experience working with MRP manufacturing systems and statistical inventory management environments.* Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and issues.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Minitab software is a plus.* Dashboard Systems Experience desired (i.e. Power Bi, Tableau) but willing to train.* Applicant should have a basic understanding of Six Sigma practices; Green belt/Lean belt certification preferred.* Applicants must be able to prioritize, successfully handle pressure, and work/make decisions independently when required.* S
