About Customer Experience Specialist

Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in Fairfield, Connecticut. This role is in the customer service industry and involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, managing appointments, and handling various office tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone inquiries and dealing with walk-ins

• Utilize Caddy Master software to manage customer information and appointments

• Utilize various digital technologies for day-to-day tasks

• Monitor customer accounts and manage inquiries

• Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor when communicating with high-level individuals

• Provide tours to visitors upon arrival

• Handle scheduling of appointments using calendar management skills

• Ensure smooth operation of office technologies such as monitors and projectors

• Handle and follow up on lead inquiries efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements • Demonstrated experience as a Customer Experience Specialist or similar role with a minimum of 2 years.

• Exceptional skills in providing customer service and handling customer complaints or issues.

• Proficiency in basic office skills such as data entry, filing, and handling mail.

• Familiarity with digital technology and comfortable using various software and online tools.

• Ability to work with multiple technologies and quickly adapt to new ones.

• Experience with switchboard operations, specifically handling 1 to 10 lines.

• Proficient in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely reminders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.

• Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and detail-oriented attitude towards customers at all times.
