　　At empirical foods we solve big problems with new thinking. At every step we design it, built it, continually optimize it, at the empirical IT team is no different. We’re seeking an experienced Systems Administrator who has the passion to help us reach that next level.

　　You will be able to leverage cloud computing and on-premise technologies to ensure that empirical foods’ systems are up to date, secure, and ready for what is next in the world of IT.

　　Top candidates will be working with the latest tools and technologies to help take our business to the next level.

　　Responsibilities

　　Assist in updating the company’s infrastructure to the latest technologies. Activities include vulnerability management, patching operating systems, upgrading of hardware and software.

　　Take on challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and be responsible for results.

　　Identify issues and bring forward actionable recommendations.

　　Design, develop, and implement system policies and procedures.

　　Ensure customer services run smoothly by monitoring efficiency.

　　Ensure security of data, network, and backup systems.

　　Stay current with the latest trends and standards in industry, bringing forward solutions.

　　Assist our IT Helpdesk to resolve customer issues.

　　Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

　　Perform all other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Skills and Abilities

　　Must have extensive knowledge of deploying, maintaining, and upgrading multiple cluster VxRail environment.

　　Strong practical knowledge of VMware products including vSphere and Horizon strongly preferred.

　　Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune strongly preferred.

　　Experience with the following is highly desirable

　　Cohesity backup solution, Entra ID Conditional Access and RBAC, Dynamics 365 administration, XDR solutions such as Microsoft Defender XDR or Trend Micro, Microsoft Azure Sentinel, Dell RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines.

　　Demonstrated Competencies

　　Strong interpersonal and technical skills.

　　Ability to demonstrate record of project management achievements.

　　High level of ambition and motivation for success, be solutions oriented, results drive, and self-starter.

　　Physical Requirements
