　　Hours and Benefits for the Engineering Coordinator:

　　$65,000 to $95,000 a year based on experience level

　　Additional Commission and Bonus potential

　　1 Day in office, 4 Days Remote/On-site with clients

　　100% company funded health insurance

　　$5,000 provided by company towards the deductible

　　Two retirement plans; ESOP and 401K

　　Combined annual company contribution averages about 20%

　　2 weeks of PTO, plus standard holidays

　　Responsibilities for the Engineering Coordinator:

　　Engineer, design, and sell HVAC, plumbing and controls-related projects to our current customer base and prospective customers

　　Estimate, present, and close new maintenance contracts to prospective accounts

　　Manage maintenance contracts with existing customers

　　Review projects at completion with customer and ensure customer satisfaction

　　Requirements for the Engineering Coordinator:

　　Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

　　Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

　　Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
