　　Starting hourly wage for the Customer Care Representative is $17.00 per hour depending on experience!

　　What will you do as a Customer Care Representative?

　　Answer the multi-line phone system providing superior and effective customer service.

　　Be our first point of contact for all visitors and customers, directing them to the appropriate department.

　　Handle administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, preparing outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, as well as ordering and distributing employee uniforms.

　　In some locations may be required to handle monies such as balancing cash boxes.

　　Requirements

　　In the Customer Care Representative role, we are seeking someone who:

　　Has their high school diploma/GED and 1-2 years of Customer Service experience

　　Is comfortable with in-person and over the phone customer service interactions

　　Likes being a part of a team

　　Enjoys working at a desk in an open, collaborative office environment
