To be considered for this role you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-5 years' experience in a service contact center, be computer savvy, proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating System, reliable, flexible, and adaptable to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Care Expert, you will handle customer calls, emails, and web chats. You'll collaborate with internal and external resources, to effectively manage the execution of large projects, collect payments, and resolve issues with suppliers and carriers. You'll help customers with a variety of needs, including complex credit and collections processes. What will you be doing? Ensure FAST, responsive customer experiences by being available for and responding to incoming calls, emails, and web chats. You'll make outbound customer contacts as needed to manage projects and collections efforts. Project FRIENDLY attitudes and behaviors on all customer contacts by adhering to quality expectations. Go the extra mile to resolve customer requests, accurately, on the first contact, to make sure we're EASY to do business with. Support RIGHT, accurate experiences by executing best practices and processes on various transactions including orders, quotes, and returns.
