　　RE: OPEN POSITION Custom Applicator/No-Till, Strip-Till Operator

　　REPORTS TO: Location Manager, Chapman

　　Summary Primary responsibilities of this position are customapplication. Additionally this role assists in the overall operation ofthe Agronomy Department and in the delivery of seed products andagronomy services. This position is responsible for ensuring high levelsof customer satisfaction.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Performs custom application of agricultural chemical and fertilizer.

　　Operates No-Till Planter, Air Seeder and Strip-Till equipment.

　　Reads and understands label information from manufacturers anddistributors of pesticides, fertilizers, and other products containingdangerous chemicals.

　　Evaluates label information to determine that directions for use arefollowed during application.

　　Applies all products safely, efficiently and effectively.

　　Follows guidelines for recording information on weather conditions,product used, field conditions and rates.

　　Operates a Tender Truck, supporting services in the field.

　　Maintains equipment to insure safe and accurate application. Performsand ensures routine maintenance is completed.

　　Prepares, organizes, and maintains records to document activities.

　　When experiencing downtime due to weather and seasonal fluxuations,supports all other activities of the location.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Required Education and Experience

　　High School Diploma/GED

　　1 year related work experience

　　1AChemical Applicators License

　　CDL License or willing to complete

　　*Equivalent Combination of education/experience will be considered.
