In this important position, you will report to theCustodial Services Program Supervisor and will make an impact onstudents, staff, faculty, and the community by maintaining the overallappearance of the Weidner center for the Performing Arts (WCPA). Themajority of the work will occur on 2nd shift however, occasional work on1st or 3rd shift arise based on the performance and event schedule ofthe WCPA. Position is a part-time (60%) University Staff appointment.The work hours for this position will be on a rotating schedule,depending upon the needs of the WCPA. Majority of the work will be doneon 2nd shift (3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.), however occasional work on 1stshift (6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.), 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) andseveral weekends. Shift hours may vary based on event needs. Thisposition includes the following responsibilities: Clean offices,performance spaces, dance rooms, restrooms, and other building areas.Maintain all floor surfaces, including mopping, buffing, vacuuming,shampooing, and refinishing. Clean windows (inside and outside) Cleanfurniture Assist with furniture, piano, and equipment moves.
