　　Scope:CT Technologist responsibilities:Perform CT procedures in order to obtain desired imaging results according tophysicians specifications that includes, but is not limited to:transferring patients for examinations, ionizing radiation for radiologicdiagnosis, and assisting with the CT examination processBe responsible for appropriate operation of all CT Imaging and relatedequipmentAppropriately educate, position, immobilize and perform CT proceduresCoordinate CT examination to ensure timeliness, quality and continuity ofpatient careUnderstand and follow provider Imaging orders correctlySubmit required images and related clinical information to the Radiologist forinterpretationAppropriately evaluate image qualityProvide open, accurate, and responsive communication to patients,coworkers, Radiologists and leadershipAppropriately utilize, charge and maintain department supplies

　　Requirements:Must hold both Registered Rad Tech certifications, CT (Computed TomographyX-ray), requiredComputed tomography (CT) by the American Registry of RadiologicTechnologists (ARRT).Two (2) years CT experience preferred in a hospital or ED setting-Current Radiologic Technology License with Montana Board of RadiologicTechnologistsCurrent BLS certification through the American Heart Association
