  Onsite/Remote: Partial Remote Position

  This position may be located in Urbandale, IA or Fargo, ND per the hiring manager's discretion. This may be dependent on the successful candidate's background, experience, and proficiency.

  This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

  Your Responsibilities

  As a Financial Analyst - Research & Development for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group located in Urbandale, IA or Fargo, ND , you will be responsible for:

  Consolidating, reporting, and analyzing worldwide Research & Development (R&D) spend for Electrification & Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) - Fargo.

  Coordinating the allocation of R&D spend

  Provide business counseling & support to the Electronic Systems organization.

  Visa Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.

  What Skills You Need

  Demonstrated ability to analyze rigorously while exhibiting intellectual curiosity.

  Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  Ability to adapt easily to shifting priorities and act confidently in challenging situations.

  Experience building interpersonal relationships with business partners and manage difficult conversations.

  3 or more years of finance/accounting experience.

  What Makes You Stand Out

  Excellent communication skills including written, oral, and presentation capabilities demonstrating the ability to communicate clearly and concisely complex and/or difficult concepts to internal and external stakeholders.

  Demonstrated understanding of finance management fundamentals, including general ledger activities, budgeting, and financial forecasts.

  Experience in roles that required a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  Experience using PowerBI.

  Education

  Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.What You'll Get
