As a CRM Developer you will assist Avanade delivery teams with CRM solution planning, analysis, designing, building, and testing. You will be considered a product expert that is also responsible for providing support in CRM issue escalation and resolution.
What you'll do
Assist across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test)Leverage technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutionsResearch customer issues that may be non-standard in order to offer solutionSupport design of conceptual architecture and technical solutionsEnsure project quality meets standards through KPI identification and testing planSupport continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to customer success and business productivityTravel, as neededSkills and experiences
Experience with Dynamics CRM platform (Cloud or/and OnPrem)
Customization and configuration of system
Developing Plugins in C# language / .NET FrameworkDeveloping Web extensions in JavaScriptUnderstanding of Security, Relationships mechanisms
Experience of CRM integration with web applications (Web Services , JavaScript)
