The Opportunity

　　Gamewise, a joint venture of Delaware North, is hiring a CRM Coordinator to support execution of promotions, lifecycle marketing, and CRM operations for iCasino and iSportsbooks under the Betly and MVGBet brands. As the CRM Coordinator, you will support general operations, execution and performance optimizations of all CRM activity including iCasino/iSportsbook promotions, email campaigns, push notifications, and CMS. Reporting to the Senior National CRM Manager, you will coordinate the timely and accurate execution of promotions and customer communications.

　　Pay

　　Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $58458 / year

　　In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. 　　Responsibilities

　　Plan and execute outbound guest communication campaigns including push notifications, email, rich inbox, direct mail, and website messaging

　　Actively monitor all CRM promotional digital collateral to ensure relevant messaging to support promotional activity

　　Partner with marketing team members to understand guest behavior andidentify opportunities for CRM to enhance engagement

　　Collaborate with the acquisition team to leverage lookalike audiences, optimize customer journeys, and improve conversion rates

　　Support all offline to online initiatives in partner with property and corporate marketing points

　　Qualifications

　　Must be of legal gambling age and able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license

　　2+ years of experience in a marketing role in online casino, or land-based casino required

　　1+ year of experience in database or marketing analytics, managing direct reports, and digital marketing required

　　Ability to analyze complex gaming data and make strategic business decisions accordingly

　　Understanding of the online Sports betting and iCasino industry, casino games wager types, user flows, and rules
