　　We are partnering with a local company in Oceanside, CA and are actively seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join their finance team. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Financial record maintenance and organization.

　　Preparation of financial reports for analysis.

　　Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

　　Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

　　Oversee payroll operations.

　　General ledger management and reconciliation.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.

　　Proven experience in financial record maintenance and reporting.

　　Expertise in accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

　　Strong understanding of compliance and audit processes.

　　General ledger management skills.

　　This is an onsite position in Oceanside, CA. No remote positions are available.
