　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　This is a 7 on/7 off evening shift critical care clinical pharmacist position. This position is primarily responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to our critical care/high acuity areas. Additionally, this position may provide clinical support for our step-down and Emergency Department patient populations for portions of the shift. Responsibilities include but are not limited to pharmacokinetic dosing, TPN management, drug information, code response, and patient counseling.

　　Additional Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

　　Responsible for providing pharmaceutical care activities to ensure safe and effective drug therapy through the provision of pharmacy services

　　Assist with daily department operations

　　Provides patient care activities to ensure safe and effective drug therapy through the provision of clinical services

　　Works with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal and cost effective patient care

　　Coordinates, oversees, and assists in the preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical services

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Licensed Tennessee Pharmacist

　　PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency or 3 years hospital pharmacy experience required; PGY2 Critical Care residency or 3 years critical care experience preferred.

　　One (1) year hospital experience PREFERRED

　　Excellent communications skills and good computer skills
