Judicial clerkshipexperience is a plus.Qualified candidates will have a strong and sincere interest in creditors'rights and commercial litigation practice and possess the ability to handlesophisticated creditors' rights work and commercial litigation at a nationallevel.Qualifications Required: Active Colorado licensure or the ability to waivein to practice in Colorado is required. Three or more years ofbankruptcy/creditors' rights and commercial litigation experience orrelevant experience is preferred.
