  Job Description - Adhering to the CSR framework procedures policies as and controls

  - accountable in managing the credit and settlement risk for a portfolio of clients in Europe

  - collateral management and controls

  - client engagement

  - managing clients in distress

   

  This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

  Qualifications - Strong experience as a credit underwriter in a payments or financial institution

  - A sound / good understanding of a credit framework and control environment

  - extensive experience working with a wide range of stakeholders and managing difficult conversations

  - string time management and prioritisation skills
