Job Description
As part of the Bosch Training Center – North America (BTC-NA) team, the Sr. HR Specialist – Training COE is responsible to lead the regional deployment of designated functional corporate standard training. In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts to define training needs to deploy and manage relevant training to meet the business needs.
This role also includes the Country Process Expert for Learning in the US/CA to consult, design, install and govern country specific processes for all Learning and Competence Management topics.

In this role, you will oversee training portfolios, learning processes and programs for US/CA/MX including:
In partnership with key internal stakeholders, design & deploy appropriate learning measures, content and format (face-to-face, virtual, informal) to meet business needs.
Ensure end to end process management of all training portfolios within area of responsibility including tracking of invoice receipt and payment for internal and external trainers.
Partner with HR Business Partners to understand learning needs and design, install and optimize learning and development solutions accordingly.
Consult leaders and HR Business Partners in US/CA Learning processes, including Competence Management (CptM) and govern the curricula process.
Ownership for identifying, designing and installing informal learning processes and tools within the organization. Lead and drive projects tied to furthering learning within the organization.
Ability to evaluate and utilize appropriate technology (ie videos, podcasts, apps, web-based solutions) to advance learning culture in the organization.
Design marketing and communication plan to create awareness and utilization for talent development group using internal social business platform and other communication channels.
Lead identification and implementation of digital resources within regional organization.
Develop strong partnership with external vendors to implement solutions effectively. Identify external vendors that will meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
Continuous internal and external benchmarking focused on digital trends in learning and development bringing in holistic and fresh ideas on how to design learning programs and new learning methods and resources.
Exhibit sense of urgency in moving projects and tasks forward.
Travel up to 15% international and domestic
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
5+ years of experience in Human Resources with areas to include training, learning, or development.
5+ years of experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
Ability to develop strong relationships and work across all levels in the organization.
Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience leading mid to large-scale projects.
Key skills & attributes: analytical problem solving, learning mindset, critical thinking and customer centricity.
Strong consulting skills – including needs assessment, solution identification, evaluation and building in feedback loops.
Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a collaborative manner and build relationships to get things done.
Expertise working in an LMS, preferably with HR Global (TrainM).
Utilizing web-based training design platforms (i.e Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Powtoon, etc) and video editing software.
Developing training programs and work in instructional design.
Creating or using Power BI or other data analytics tools.
Experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
