Description

　　The Credit Analyst Program is a two-year generalist program. As part of this program Credit Analysts will split their time between core underwriting and portfolio company monitoring work as well as one or more of the dedicated functional roles listed below, determined by interest and business need. After two years, assuming strong performance and business need, there is an opportunity to be promoted into a dedicated role on the investment, business development, or finance team.

　　Requirements

　　• Finance or accounting degree, GPA 3.5

　　• 2-3 years of experience in financial services • Strong attention to detail required

　　• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, which include basic knowledge of macros and pivot tables

　　• CPA / CFA or other professional designation a plus
