　　We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

　　This position is on a federal Abilityone contract that requires that most of the work hours are performed by employees with disabilities. Due to program requirements, this particular position must be filled by a person with a disability

　　Responsibilities

　　Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activitiesCarry out cleansing tasks and special projectsNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsMake adjustments and minor repairsStock and maintain supply roomsCooperate with the rest of the staffFollow all health and safety regulationsSkills
