Driver/operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficientdelivery and pick-up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance toFedEx features of service and provides related customer servicefunctions. Drives vehicles not regulated by section 391 of the FederalMotor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma/GED.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from anotherperson. Good human relations and communication skills.
Job Conditions
Non-covered safety sensitive position. Neat appearance since customercontact is required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertnessand in a safe manner. Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.

Actual starting pay would be determined byexperience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location forthis job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
