As a Tax Manager, you will: Manage staff includingdelegation of work, training, and supervision Prepare tax returns -individuals, business and fiduciary Assist with the billingprocess/perform client billing Market to new clients and conductbusiness development activity in the community Serve current clients astheir trusted adviser Maintain client contact at the executive levelManage projects/client relationships Prepare responses to correspondencefrom taxing authorities Perform tax research Act as a contact person forIRS and other audits Perform client interviews Our ideal candidate willhave: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPAcertification (preferred) Eight or more years of similar experienceSupervisory experience Business development experience Exceptionalcommunication skills Extensive knowledge of tax regulations Proficiencywith PC, including spreadsheets, word processing, and automatedaccounting packages Enjoy the great benefits at Hawkins Ash CPAs such asgenerous PTO; 401k match; health, dental, vision, and life insurance;wellness programs; flexible work-life balance; and so much more!
