　　The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retouching, email template design, and paid banner creation.

　　Lead and oversee the artistic direction of visual projects, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy and objectives.

　　Utilize your expertise in retouching to enhance the visual appeal of images, maintaining a consistent and high-quality standard.

　　Design and create engaging email templates that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.

　　Develop visually striking paid banners that capture attention and contribute to the success of digital marketing campaigns.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure cohesive and compelling visual storytelling.

　　Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative and cutting-edge design techniques into your work.
