　　To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

　　Answers phone, schedules appointments, handle money.

　　Documents and tracks all contacts.

　　Basic Computer Skills needed.

　　Greeting Customers

　　Counter Sales experience is a plus

　　Taking Orders

　　Assisting Customers through the entire sales process

　　Monitor Inventory

　　Customer Service

　　Handling customer concerns.

　　Following up with orders

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Education / Requirements

　　Excellent Communication skills.

　　Computer skills & Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Strong Customer Service/ interpersonal skills.

　　Dependability is critical
