Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial accuracy and precision. Our client is looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to partner with leadership and staff to play a meaningful role to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, bookkeeping and support of staff. 40 - 45 hours weekly Minimum of 3 years experience required
salary: $21 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Bank Account Reconciliation
Oversee & Support Office Staff
Review Billing Adjustments
Asset Management
Data entry, reconciliation of daily tickets for loads hauled and preparing customer invoices
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Various bookkeeping responsibilities
Maintaining subsidiary accounts by posting, verifying and allocating transactions
Reconciling entries to balance subsidiary accounts
Maintaining a balanced general ledger
Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounting for information
Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements
Advising management on compliance needs
Assisting in financial activities such as running payroll, generating invoices and reconciling statements
Maintaining records of financial transactions by posting and verifying
Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures
Developing systems to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts
Open communication with Corporate Team in Florida
Other duties as requested by Manager
The essential functions of this role include:
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per weekSkills
Bookkeeping (3 years of experience is preferred)
Managerial accounting (3 years of experience is preferred)
Microsoft Office (3 years of experience is preferred)
