About COUNSELOR- SCHOOL & MAIN SITE BASED

　　Provide crisis intervention, short term counseling and family mediation for vulnerable, runaway, and homeless youth and young adults and their support systems. Provide appropriate supportive services and case management, develop resources and formulate case plans that promote moving toward well-being.Encourage development of positive permanent connections and develop individualized plans with youth so they may have the choices, supports and linkages necessary for them to be successful. Ensure the safety of all youth and young adults in program utilizing Positive Youth Development and Trauma Informed Care approaches.Monitor the maintenance of program facilities and work within the facilities maintenance and repair process to ensure timely response to facility needs.
