　　RSi is seeking aCost Analyst Subject Matter Expertto join our team supporting our customer on Redstone Arsenal.

　　Responsibilities

　　Duties will include, but are not limited to:

　　Working as part of an integrated cost analyst team, the cost analyst will perform a wide variety of cost and economic analyses/estimating/engineering support directly interfacing with program offices and assisting the development and presentation of management level briefings as needed.Work may include parametric cost estimating, life cycle cost analysis, cost estimating relationships and model development, cost risk analysis, performance measurement (earned value), project forecasting and risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and software cost estimating.Additional support includes, but is not limited to, the areas of strategy development, scheduling, market research, evaluation criteria development, pre-solicitation documentation review, RFP documentation, Independent Program Review documentation, cost estimates and key decision points preparation, and trade studies.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.Experience preparing cost estimates and budgets for major Department of Defense (DoD) programs and commercial off the shelf programs is highly desirable.Successful candidates must possess and/or have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.Skills Required

　　The position requires a minimum of five years of experience cost estimating and analysis.Experience with cost estimating such as learning curves, inflation, regression, Operations and Support estimating, statistics, cost estimating principles/ DoD acquisition policies and have a working knowledge of the DoD acquisition and project management process.Must have the ability to gather and analyze technical, programmatic, schedule, labor and cost data to support the development of various types of cost estimates.DoD Program Office experience is preferred.Working knowledge of ACEIT (www.aceit.com{target="_blank"}) is highly desirable.Excellent verbal communication, written, and quantitative analytical skills are required.Must be able to work in a team environment.Required Experience/Education:(i.e.: Knowledge, skills, abilities, software, etc.)

　　Bachelors degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.

　　Security Clearance Requirement: Secret

　　Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tool (ACEIT)This position may be eligible for work from home flexibility subject to customer requirements.
