The sales support team has responsibility to develop and deploy strategies in collaboration with field sales to enable sales growth objectives through ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market. The team supports field sales management in achieving optimal inventory efficiency by applying advanced analytics. This role is the liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain relative to end-to-end efficient order / purchase order management.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate all activities related to Outbound (pick, pack & ship), volume spikes, exception order management, volume forecasting & operational execution.
Provide day-to-day outbound logistics expertise to support sales force.
Manage warehouse inventory levels, communicate when the facility is at risk of stock outs to prevent any business disruptions. Collaborate with the Distribution Capabilities team to ensure feedback to the sales force.
Monitor day-to-day outbound metrics (OTS, OTC) and report weekly to leadership
Collaborate across J&J E2E supply chain partners; Distribution Excellence, Planning, Transportation, IT & DT, Customer Service, Sales.
Partner with local field sales organization to deliver successful non-revenue activity completion through communication and visibility.
Communication and rapport with internal and external partners; IRT, freight forwarders, 3PL, international team, and sales force.
Lead internal support team and prioritize deliverables based on changing demand.
Drive strategic, technical, and tactical initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness across outbound operations.
Apply Lean initiatives to ensure continuous improvement by eliminating waste and improving bottom-line.
New Product Launch - facilitate the tactical execution for New Product Launches & Product Changes

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent degree, required
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Required:
A minimum 5-7 years of work experience
Distribution Operations experience
Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or Transportation systems (TMS) experience
SAP knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel
Preferred:
Validated understanding of enterprise resource platforms and warehouse management systems
Experience building reports with visualization programs, e.g., PowerBI and/or Tableau.
Lean Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
Experience Working in highly regulated industries.
Agile operations ability and capability to manage or support projects
Process Excellence training and/or certification or APICS certification
Project Management Certification/Experience
Sales or Sales support role experience
Other:
10% domestic travel to other sites as needed is requiredThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 to $195,730. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
