JPMC's Corporate Third-Party Oversight (CTPO) is a function within Global Supplier Services (GSS) responsible for defining and implementing supplier/third party oversight (TPO) and Inter-Affiliate Oversight (IAO) Programs across the firm. As a member of the Governance team within CTPO, you will report to the Executive Director of Governance and your primary responsibility will be to drive overall Program objectives with a focus on Policy, Standards and related Guidance documents. You will also play a key role in leading related strategic projects and initiatives so proven ability to execute and deliver business results while operating in a fast-paced environment is required. Governance activities also include administering changes to Policy and Standards, leading related forums and developing productive relationships with stakeholders across regions. This role is also responsible for assessing regulatory requirements for applicability to the CTPO Program and designing and implementing related solutions supported by Standards.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the Program's subject matter expert (SME) and point of contact for the JPMC TPO and IAO Programs (focus on IAO)
Drafting and maintaining accurate Program requirements within Policy, Standards, Guidance and supporting work product templates (collectively, CTPO Program documentation)
Support and liaise with key Program stakeholders (e.g. LOBs, Compliance, Controls, Legal, Category Sourcing, regional teams) to solution required changes to Program documentation
Prepare and respond to Change Management requests as it relates to impacts to CTPO Program documentation
Respond to various LOB requests/inquires, developing timely and sustainable solutions
Lead projects (transformational and BAU) to meet Governance goals and objectives
Prepare and present materials that socialize CTPO Program documentation changes with the requisite governance bodies and forums
Manage and maintain the list of Specialized Service Categories (SSC) Collaborate with stakeholders and LOB clients to prepare SSC additions, changes and recertifications
Manage Program exception requests
Provide support on various Program and process improvement initiatives to ensure such efforts are appropriately configured to mitigate conflicts with CTPO Program documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvements in outsourcing governance to deliver increasing operational efficiency in the processes
Support CTPO exams, requests for information and internal consultation paper responses as needed
Qualifications
Knowledge of JPMC's TPO and IAO Programs
3-5 years' experience authoring and/or managing policies, standards, and/or experience negotiating contracts
3-5 years management experience preferred
Knowledge/experience with inter-affiliate arrangements from a LOB perspective
Working knowledge of JPMC's risk and controls structure, IT risk or operational risk areas desired
Proven experience executing and delivering business results in a fast paced and dynamic environment where change is constant
Experience in regulatory requirements mapping preferred
Well organized, independent self-starter, capable of self-prioritization and appropriate escalation
Outstanding listening and negotiation skills as well as being a strong communicator (written and verbal) is essential
Team player who is collaborative, positive and has proven problem solving skills is a must
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point
