Sabre Corporate Strategy is looking for a talented corporate strategy principal.
Role and Responsibilities
Identify and develop corporate strategic topics to drive Sabre’s growth and deliver positive financial impact. Program-manage key initiatives, develop frameworks, run strategic analysis, drive consensus, build business cases, and deliver executive presentations.
Assist in the annual strategic planning process – collaborating with a broad set of stakeholders. Help to align efforts and outcomes with the annual financial planning process.
Support business unit and functional strategic planning efforts and collaborate to align direction/execution with corporate vision.
Develop scorecards, assess the competitive landscape, and identify market trends. Translate assessments of strategies into actionable decision points and recommendations.
Assist in the development of Sabre’s inorganic strategy and support corporate development assessment and execution.

Must Have Skills:
3-5 years of experience in relevant strategy roles
Strong knowledge of the travel/hospitality markets and/or enterprise software space.
Demonstrated ability to drive for clarity in complex/ambiguous environments.
Track record of timely execution, cross-functional leadership, consensus building, and bias for action; self-starter in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with dynamic demands.
Deep experience with creating and delivering executive level presentations and business cases. Excellent verbal and written communication.
Expert level analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Nice To Have Skills:
6 – 8 years of experience in relevant strategy roles -- ideally within a leading strategy consulting firm and an in-house corporate strategy team.
MBA is a strongly preferred.
