  As a Corporate Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of corporate accounts. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract corporate clients, build strong relationships, and achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure the hotel's competitive positioning in the corporate market.

  As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

  Identify and target potential corporate clients to expand the hotel's corporate account portfolio.

  Develop and implement strategies to attract new corporate business and achieve revenue goals.

  Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  Collaborate with the sales team and hotel leadership to develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with corporate revenue objectives.

  Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for corporate clients.

  Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms to secure profitable agreements.

  Work with the finance and revenue management teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts for corporate business segments.

  Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.

  Coordinate with other hotel departments, including events, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of corporate events and services.

  Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel and establish valuable connections within the corporate sector.

  Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

  Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

  Preferably candidates with pre-opening hotel experience.

  Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

  Proven experience in corporate sales within the hospitality industry, with a track record of successful client acquisition and revenue growth.

  In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including an understanding of corporate travel trends and dynamics.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Ability to articulate complex concepts and proposals to corporate clients.

  Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals that are mutually beneficial.

  Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.

  Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

  Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

  Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.
